The location was great, with beautiful views and easy access to the train station. the staff was friendly, courteous, and accommodating. the rooms were clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities available. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable.

The road to the hotel was terrifying, with steep and winding roads that gave me anxiety. It was especially difficult during bad weather conditions, which made me nervous about driving.

This hotel is a true gem. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, from the check-in desk to the restaurant team. The location is absolutely magical and peaceful, with breathtaking views that make you feel like you're touching the heavens. The spa is a big bonus, offering forest saunas and scenic hikes. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with everything you need. Plus, there's a train station just a short walk away.

The only minor downside is that there could be more activities for the younger generation.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience that exceeded all my expectations. the service provided was impeccable, and the Spa & wellness centre with sauna facilities was truly relaxing. I indulged in a full body massage, which was top-notch, and the massage therapist was highly skilled.

That there were no special menus for food allergies, and the private facilities were not as exclusive as they could have been. the restaurant and bar/lounge area made up for it with creative and delicious food options.
