Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly and helpful manager who recommended a fantastic restaurant nearby. Our room was clean, tidy, and beautifully decorated, with extra pillows for comfort. We enjoyed a peaceful night's sleep despite the morning seagulls. The bar downstairs had a great atmosphere, and our room had a lovely view of the main street.

It would have been nice to have a safe place to keep personal details card. The noise level in the bar and the check-in procedures were a bit disruptive.

We were lucky to find this gem of a hotel for our two-night stay. The room was newly renovated and exceptionally clean, giving us a wonderful impression. The staff were friendly and provided great recommendations for places to eat. The owner, Derek, made our late check-in a breeze and even surprised us with complimentary beers. The check-in experience was one of the most pleasant I've had. I highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to return.

The hotel had no dedicated parking, but we were able to easily park on the road behind the hotel. the entrance through the public bar was a bit unsettling at first, but once we were checked in, we were free to come and go as we pleased through a separate door.

It was lovely, well equipped, and had a good temperature. the modern TV, coffee facilities, and fan in the room were great additions. We loved the location as everything was close by, and there was even a cracking pub in the hotel. We would definitely recommend Royal to others.
