Our stay at The Saddle Inn in Chester was brilliant! The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was really comfy. The location was perfect, with shops and pubs within walking distance. The staff, especially Emma, were friendly and helpful. They even offered to keep our luggage after check out. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends. The pub also had great night entertainment, a fantastic atmosphere, and reasonable prices.

We also appreciated the friendly and informative manager, Clare, who went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. the atmosphere of the pub was warm and welcoming, and even though my friend wore a hijab, she felt comfortable and enjoyed the lounge area. the breakfast was outstanding, with perfectly cooked vegetarian sausages and hash browns made from local produce. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely book again.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location couldn't have been better - right in the center of town, making it easy to explore the charming streets of Chester. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met. The rooms were comfortable and had all the necessary amenities, including a tea and coffee facility for that essential morning pick-me-up. Finally, the breakfast included in the stay was a real highlight, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes, and the french-press coffee was a delightful touch.

All was more than okay, there really wasn't anything that I felt needed improvement.

The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was very close to the town centre. We were able to easily walk to all the attractions in the area, such as the Grosvenor Museum mentioned in one of the reviews. The room we stayed in was comfortable and had plenty of windows to open, allowing for fresh air. The staff were friendly and helpful, as mentioned in another review.

One negative aspect was that the rooms were mentioned as being a bit dated in one of the reviews.
