I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was absolutely stunning, with beautiful views of the sea and promenade from my spacious room. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room itself was clean and homely, with plenty of storage space and amenities like an ironing facilities, flat-screen TV, and electric kettle. The hotel also had a lovely terrace and patio area where I could relax and enjoy the sunshine. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great convenience. I would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a comfortable and convenient stay by the sea.

Stayed for 2 nights and had a grand view of paignton from our queen room. The friendly staff made us feel welcome and the little bar downstairs was lovely. The location was perfect and the clean hotel was well positioned.

The hosts were fantastic and couldn't do enough for me. The location was absolutely beautiful, right by the beach and close to everything in town. The room was lovely and spacious with a gorgeous view of the sea. The hotel facilities were great, with complimentary water, biscuits, tea, coffee. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, not a speck of dust or dirt in sight. I also appreciated being able to keep my car parked for a little longer after checkout to enjoy the beach once more. a fantastic stay and I can't wait to return.

We had a fantastic view from our room, overlooking the beautiful coastline. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, being just a short walk from the beach. The young man who greeted us was very friendly and gave us the option to choose between two rooms, which was a nice touch.

The decor in the room was a bit outdated and could use some updating. The shower didn't have much water pressure and it took a while for the water to warm up.

stayed in paignton before, but the Sands Hotel really impressed me. Room was comfy, breakfast had lots of choices, and great location.

I recently stayed at Sands Hotel in Paignton for a short trip and it was fantastic. The owners were welcoming and helpful, the room had a great sea view, and the breakfast was delicious. I loved the extra outside area in the room for vaping, and the shower was wonderful. The staff were amazing and the location was perfect. Additionally, parking off road was a major plus.

We stayed at Sands in Paignton for a couple of nights and had a wonderful experience. The property was exceptionally clean and located in a secure and quiet area. The proprietors were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was excellent, with no rush. We also appreciated the off-road parking and quaint patio areas to relax. The beautiful Red Beach and fabulous views of the Bay were just across the road. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and truly recommend it. We will definitely return again. Thank you, Maz and Shaz!

stayed in paignton before, but sands blew me away! fantastic location with a stunning sea view. the room was clean and comfortable, and the owners were so welcoming. loved the little touches like a seating area to enjoy the view. will definitely return!

The location was excellent, with beautiful views of the harbor from the patio. The room I stayed in had a comfortable bed and clean bed linen. The breakfast was delicious and well-cooked. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Joanna. Despite the limited parking, they managed it well and ensured I had a spot. I had a pleasant and trouble-free experience at this hotel.

The room was cozy and delightful with a remarkable view of the sea. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to provide suggestions for sightseeing and local events. Its great location meant that everything we needed was close by - shops, travel facilities, and the promenade. The breakfast was delicious and filling, and we appreciated the tea making facilities and power sockets in the room.

There were a couple of negative aspects worth noting. The parking facility was poor and could use some improvement.
