The rooms are well decorated and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is well cooked and plentiful, offering a good start to the day. Additionally, the hotel is situated in areas other than the downstairs, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere.

There was an issue with noise from the room above, which affected the quality of sleep.

We had a wonderful stay at The Savoy in Skegness. The staff were cheerful, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit. Our clean and newly decorated room had everything we needed, and we loved the great sea view from our balcony. The food was excellent, and we enjoyed the convenience of having a hotel bar. The location was perfect, right on the pier and close to all the attractions. The hotel also provided a lift, which was a big plus for my husband who struggles with stairs.

the receptionist we encountered upon arrival was very rude and seemed uninterested in providing good customer service. the hotel had a small car park that needed to be pre-booked, but this information was not clearly communicated beforehand.

The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bonus, as I was able to stay connected during my stay. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel.

Had a lovely Xmas stay at this hotel! the food was delicious, with plenty of options for vegetarians like myself. the staff were all very friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. the location was also perfect, just a short walk from the beach and the town centre. One of the best aspects was the entertainment provided in the evenings, which was great fun for all ages.

The room was quite small and outdated, which was a bit disappointing. the heating wasn't working properly and we found it difficult to get a good night's sleep as a result.
