Very lovely stylish, warm ambience, newly renovated and only steps from the beach! the price point was good. Breakfast was super. Staff were brilliant, friendly and attentive. the outdoor area is lovely, you could be anywhere. Amazing conversion from the old pub it used to be. Refurbished throughout, very stylish, very clean, in a nice area. Superb breakfasts, excellent restaurant for lunch and dinner. Nice places to sit and relax, both indoors and out, all-day service from the bar. Lovely friendly staff. A few seconds stroll to beach with beach shack. the Seaview offers a chance to immerse yourself in relaxation with its beautiful outdoor spaces and delicious dining options, making family time truly special. Located near landmarks like Harbour Park Amusements and Littlehampton War Memorial, you can easily explore the area and create lasting memories with your loved ones.

Beautiful Location & Impeccable Decor

My recent stay at this hotel was highlighted by its stunning location near the beach, excellent breakfast, and beautiful decor throughout the property. the staff were extremely professional and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. there were some minor room size issues that could be improved for added comfort.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel thanks to the spacious room with a modern bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. the private outside space was a nice touch, perfect for enjoying a quiet morning coffee or evening glass of wine. the wardrobe provided ample storage space without encroaching on the room's overall layout.

The only minor drawback I experienced was the limited variety in the breakfast options available in the hotel database. I would have appreciated a few more choices to cater to different preferences.

A short weekend break at Seaview, East Preston was delightful. the breakfast was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond. the dinners were lovely, and the renovated outdoor area was a hidden gem. the ambience was warm and stylish, just steps away from the beach. Reasonable pricing made this stay even sweeter.

Almost perfect.

The room we stayed in had a cozy carpeted floor and a big TV with all the channels. It felt like a comfortable retreat after a night out with friends.

The room was a bit hot, but that's just me!

The value for money at Seaview in East Preston was excellent, with a clean and well-decorated room. The location was perfect, just a two-minute walk to the beach. The staff were exceptionally friendly and provided great customer service throughout our stay.

The location of The Seaview in East Preston was absolutely fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the beach. The decor throughout the hotel was stunning, showing great attention to detail. The staff were incredibly professional and always went out of their way to assist us. Even though the hotel was closed on Mondays, they still provided us with a delicious breakfast before we left. The garden area was a delightful spot to relax, complete with blankets and outdoor heaters. We were also pleasantly surprised by the quality and presentation of the late lunch we had. As someone in the hospitality industry myself, I could really appreciate the high standards maintained here. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay at this wonderful establishment.

Luckily, we managed to find a spot in the nearby Seaview car park later in the evening.
