We had an amazing stay at a traditional pub with rooms located on a very pretty little working harbor. The view from our room was spectacular, overlooking the harbor and offering stunning sunrise views. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with spotless rooms and bathroom, making us feel comfortable and safe during our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and welcoming, ensuring we had an enjoyable experience. The breakfast was well presented with a good selection of options, and the bar offered a variety of delicious beers from the local brewery.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in a small harbour village, and I must say, it was an absolute delight. This place offers a fantastic location, right next to the quay, providing breathtaking views of the harbour. The hotel staff, from Charlie the Manager to the chambermaid and bar staff, were all incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The room itself was compact but had everything I needed, including tea and coffee facilities, free Wi-Fi, and a comfortable bed. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which was faultless, and the dining restaurant had a lovely atmosphere. the service and amenities at this hotel were top-notch, ensuring a luxurious and comfortable experience.

While this venue does not have its own parking, as is common for an old harbourside hotel, there is parking available nearby for a small fee. I would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in this delightful harbour village.

What a fantastic weekend! the staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for us. the location was perfect, right on the quay with a stunning view of the harbor from our window. We loved being able to sit and watch the boats come and go. the rooms were very clean and tidy, and the family room was perfect for us with a double bed, bunk beds, and a nice bathroom. Parking was also very convenient and cheap, only £3 for 24 hours. the breakfast was very good with plenty of choices to suit everyone's taste buds.

Honestly, we had no complaints. We loved everything about the hotel, and we are already planning to go back soon.

The pub closing early on our first evening was a bit disappointing, but it didn't overshadow the overall great experience.

Had a great Easter break in a charming hotel. the staff were really friendly and helpful. Loved the cooked breakfasts in the morning, they were delicious. the location was perfect, with stunning views of the harbor. Enjoyed sitting outside and relaxing. the room was spotless and the bed was big and comfortable. Windows that opened made it even better. It was also very quiet at night.

Two small complaints: there was no iron/ironing board in the room, and the seagulls outside were really loud in the morning. It would be helpful if there was double glazing on the windows to minimize the noise.
