The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, with comfortable beds. Complimentary coffee, tea, milk, and cold water were provided. Great location, just a short walk from the nearest tube station and bus stop.

The wifi, which is essential for work, was unreliable. the heating in the room was non-existent, making it uncomfortably cold.

The staff were lovely and the room was brilliant. It had everything I needed, including a clean and spacious bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel provided towels. The location was great, with a bus stop nearby and an underground station within 10 minutes. The hotel also had a pub downstairs which served amazing food. I was impressed with the cleanliness, facilities, transportation options, and the friendly staff of this hotel.

We had a fantastic time in this old London pub. The room was large and comfortable, with a quiet and private atmosphere. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept really well. The hotel facilities were pleasant and well-organized, from the quick and convenient check-in at the bar to the good tea and coffee provided. The location was excellent, as we felt close to all attractions and benefited from a 10% discount in the pub.

The room was fantastic value for money, very spacious and packed with character. It was also very clean and had a great bath in the bathroom. the staff were friendly and check out was simple. the location was convenient, with frequent buses nearby. I also enjoyed the discount at the pub below and the fact that the room was quiet once the bathroom door was closed.

One issue was the limited phone access, as I couldn't leave a message to let the staff know I would be late. Another downside was the lack of a lift, which could be challenging for some people.

I recently stayed at Ship Rooms for a few days and it was a hidden gem! The room was newly decorated and incredibly comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The bed was the best I've slept in for a long time. The staff were attentive and kind, and the little touches like sweets, fresh milk, and chilled water were a nice surprise. The customer service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. The room was tidy and equipped with a fan, which was essential during the unexpected heatwave. The food in the pub below was also lovely, and the noise was not an issue. Parking was available round the back or nearby.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and stylishly decorated. It had everything we needed for a comfortable overnight stay, including a coffee machine and bottled water. The hotel is located above a friendly pub, which added to the charm of our experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, even going out of their way to reopen the kitchen and make us a pizza when we arrived late and hungry. The service was excellent, and the staff always had a smile on their faces.

The staff at The Ship Rooms were incredibly helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to try and fix the issues I had during my stay. Not only did they try to get the wifi working, but they also made sure the heating was turned on properly. I appreciated their efforts to make my stay comfortable.

While there were a few minor issues, such as a weak shower and a slight damp smell in the bathroom, they didn't significantly affect my overall experience. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and I appreciated the quietness of the hotel.
