The quiet surroundings and comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. The excellent showering facility was a nice touch. Hassle-free check-in and check-out with friendly and attentive staff. a top choice for contractors or those working in the area.

Great location near to station for commuting to and from Dyce or Aberdeen. Very clean and had everything you needed during stay. Tesco is a stones throw away to get food and you can use the microwaves in the kitchen/diner. Plenty of places to eat out in Iverurie. The lounge, reception, and public spaces are an absolute delight. Open kitchen with juices and nibbles available at any time. Quiet location just off the high street but only a five-minute walk to shopping and restaurants. The host Chris was welcoming and available when required. Excellent bathroom facilities and reliable wifi. Convenient location, with easy access to town centre amenities.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, everything was spotless. The hotel facilities were great, especially the kitchen which we could use freely. Parking was convenient and there was ample space available. The location was superb, just a short walk to the town center and restaurants we had booked. It was also near the river, which was lovely.

The location of the property was perfect for us as it was situated near the train station, making it easy for us to explore the Highlands. it was conveniently located near the restaurants we had booked, and there were supermarkets right next to the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with amenities such as a TV, lamp, and hairdryer. The self-service breakfast was a great option, allowing us to have a leisurely morning with no time limit.

That there was no hand wash in the bathroom of the room we were in. opening the bathroom window to cool down the room led to some early morning disturbance due to the noise from the loading bay behind the building.
