We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel. The location was breathtaking, surrounded by beautiful mountains, lush vegetation, and a serene pond. The peaceful and relaxing atmosphere made us feel like we were in the middle of nowhere. The staff provided exceptional service, helping us organize transportation from the city and suggesting fantastic activities for our day. They even sent us a detailed email with prices and assisted us upon our arrival. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including an onsite restaurant and bar where we could unwind after a long day of exploring. The showers were also great, with perfect water temperature. this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, and staff.

The water in the bathroom doesn't drain well. Although the hotel is new, it should improve this.

Each had its own terrace overlooking a tranquil lake, creating a truly serene atmosphere. Exploring the surroundings was a delight, as the hotel was conveniently located for short walks through magnificent scenery. The staff was exceptional, providing a warm and attentive welcome. They were always available to assist and made me feel completely at home. The hotel also offered great facilities, including bike and motorcycle rentals, making it easy to explore the beautiful area. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of items to choose from. I couldn't recommend this place enough for its cleanliness, great facilities, convenient location, and friendly staff.

The breakfast buffet offers a delicious variety of fresh fruit, fruit juice, eggs, and more. the staff are helpful and can organize bus tickets and provide bike rentals for convenient exploration.

It would have been even better if tea, coffee, and glassware were provided in the rooms.

We stayed at Tam Coc Nature Villa for our two-week trip in Vietnam and it had the most comfortable bed we've experienced. The room provided a lock for safety storage, towels, and good bedding. The curtains around the bed also gave us privacy. Contrary to what other travelers have said, the staff was not rude and they were very helpful in answering our questions and arranging tour bookings. The location and free breakfast were also great. We would definitely recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The clean and comfortable room had a beautiful balcony overlooking a pond and a unique island swimming pool. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and renting motorbikes from the hotel was the best way to explore the incredible surroundings. The roads were safe and well-made, making it easy to discover the stunning karst mountains and untouched nature.
