What a delightful stay at this hotel! the staff here are so welcoming and caring , they really make you feel at home. the bar area is fantastic for a relaxing drink, and the beautiful beer garden at the back of the building is a hidden gem. the housekeeping is top, notch, and the room was incredibly comfortable. the location couldn't be better , right in the town centre with plenty of attractions nearby.

Although the overall experience was wonderful, there were a couple of minor things that could be improved. It would be great if there were staff available on, site at all times for any late, night queries or assistance.

The Silk House Hotel in Leek is a hidden gem with a charming atmosphere and excellent service. The owner has a great taste and knows how to create a welcoming and intimate experience. The wine list is impressive, the breakfast is delicious, and the showers are just right. The upcoming launch of the exclusive basement bar adds to the excitement. As a budget traveler, I appreciated the comfort and boutique feel of the six bedrooms.

I was absolutely delighted with my recent stay at The Silk House! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the owner, Nick, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The room I was given was beyond my expectations, with a comfortable bed and a beautifully designed bathroom. The attention to detail throughout the bedroom and bathroom was impeccable, and the cleanliness was outstanding.

Convenient location for Ashes Barn wedding. Spacious room with friendly staff. Ground floor bar with great hosts. Free parking on nearby High Street.

the owner, Nick, was so welcoming and even gave us a room upgrade. Room number 1 was absolutely amazing, especially the bathroom - it was truly impressive. the bed was also incredibly comfortable. We enjoyed drinks in the well-decorated bar area, and wished we had arrived earlier to enjoy the beautiful beer garden. the continental breakfast was delicious and had everything we needed. Thank you, Nick!

We had a fantastic stay in this city. Cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, and staff were excellent.

Liked the excellent continental breakfast and superb coffee offered. the host was delightful to chat with and the pretty garden provided a lovely space to relax and enjoy the coffee. the central location was also a key advantage, making it convenient for exploring the area.

Disliked the lack of cleanliness, poor room preparation, and overall need for updating. the room was noisy and didn't seem to have proper attention to detail, quite grubby.

The bathroom in my room was absolutely gorgeous, with beautiful fixtures and a lovely design. The owners of the hotel were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They even prepared a delicious evening meal for me, taking care of every detail. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in a convenient area. The room itself had a lot of character and was incredibly comfortable, providing a cozy space for me to relax. I am definitely looking forward to returning to this property in the future.

The bathroom was decent, and the location of the hotel was ideal for our Christmas getaway. Being close to the main attractions and shops made it convenient to explore and enjoy our holiday. Additionally, the bed was quite comfortable, allowing us to relax after a long day of festivities and sightseeing.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the noise from the main road was overwhelming, especially at night with trucks passing by constantly.

We stayed at Silk House and had a fantastic experience! the location is great, the rooms are spacious, and the staff is friendly. We especially loved the brilliant ground floor bar, with an excellent host and hostess. On top of that, we were able to park for free nearby, making our stay even more convenient. the hotel and owners have so much character, making it a truly unique and enjoyable stay.

The value for money at Silk House was outstanding - we even got a room upgrade! The room was stunning, especially the bathroom, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the heart of town, and the staff treated us exceptionally well.

Breakfast choices could be improved with a wider variety of options.
