We had a wonderful stay at the serviced apartments. the room was clean, tidy, and the bed was very comfortable. It was interesting to learn that the building used to be my father's architects office many years ago. the restoration and conversion were done sympathetically, and I was impressed with the outcome. the location was perfect, within easy walking distance of the city center and backing onto Bute Park. It was also great to have a well-equipped kitchen and the option to enjoy a meal in. the park behind the apartments was lovely, and there was even a nearby curry house that we thoroughly enjoyed. a delightful experience.

The room had great quality showers and a comfortable bed. The kitchen was well-equipped with basic amenities and there was a table to sit and eat at. The bedroom and bathroom were spotless and the room in general was very comfortable.

The lack of luggage storage was inconvenient, especially on the last day. The room was also very warm and there was no reliable way to cool it down.

The value for money at Spires Serviced Apartments was excellent. The room was modern, comfortable, and well-appointed, with a convenient kitchen for self-catering. The location was great, close enough to the city center without traffic issues, and there were plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. The staff, especially Richard, was helpful and welcoming. Being able to work comfortably from the apartment was a bonus.

Breakfast choices could be improved with more variety.

The location was excellent, close to Bute Park, which was perfect for my dog. The two bedrooms with en-suites were spacious and the kitchen was well-equipped. The communication with Richard was fantastic and ensured a smooth stay.

There were some small housekeeping issues, such as cutlery and dishes left in the dishwasher from previous guests. The shower drainage was also a bit poor initially, but it was rectified on the second day.

The apartments were perfectly situated, close to Bute Park, the Principality Stadium, and everything in the center. The rooms were quiet and the beds were comfortable. The kitchenettes were well-equipped with everything we needed, including washing up liquid and dishwasher tabs. The staff were responsive and quickly provided us with the keys when we called.

There was no available luggage storage, which would have been helpful for our last day.

We stayed at The Spires Serviced Apartments for a Coldplay concert and it was perfect. The apartment was clean, modern, and only a 5-minute walk from the stadium. The host was extremely helpful and accommodating, allowing us to have an early check-in. The rooms were well-equipped and the kitchen made it easy to enjoy a meal in. We also loved the park behind the apartment building and the convenience of parking on-site.

The park behind the hotel was lovely, and there was even a great curry house nearby. I also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen for the nights we wanted to eat in.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast selection better was if there had been a wider variety of options available.

The lack of milk provided in the room for tea and coffee was a disappointment, especially since there was barely enough for one cup upon arrival. It would have been nice to have a little more.
