This hotel is a luxurious paradise with exclusive amenities that exceeded our expectations. the staff was exceptional, providing personalized service through an in, room chat app and even giving us a Whatsapp number to communicate while in town. the spacious sleeping area and bathroom were immaculate and featured a private toilet, large walk, in shower, and dual sinks. We loved the terrace overlooking the bay, providing access to snorkeling in the crystal clear waters. the staff arranged transportation to town, making it easy to explore the area.

The only minor complaint we had was the construction noise during the day as the hotel expands, but we understand the improvements will only enhance the experience. this hotel provides exceptional service, luxurious amenities, and stunning views that make it a must, visit destination.

Spent xmas at this resort and there were two things I really enjoyed. Firstly, the location was great with a stunning view of the bay and private island. Secondly, the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. They made everything personal and offered an easy communication app to keep in touch. Oh, and the cocktails at the beach bar were great too!

The negatives outweighed the positives. During the day there was a lot of construction going on, which made a ton of noise and disrupted our relaxation. At night, the neighboring island hosted loud parties with hillbilly country music that we could hear clearly. Additionally, we found the food to be average at best and got sick after eating some shrimp. The bar lacked consistency in their drinks, and the white wine selection was below average. our experience was underwhelming.

My stay at Nayara was truly unforgettable! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the stunning beauty of the private island. Though there weren't many fish, the experience was still incredible. They helped me arrange a speed boat to town, where I enjoyed scuba diving. The personalized service and attention to detail at Nayara made my stay truly exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel.
