Rooms are cozy, location on point. And that foie gras? chef's kiss Plus, nearby joints like Mystique and Tandoor Begumpet serve up local delights. Hyderabad, you've got my taste buds tingling!

The staff at this hotel was exceptional , super friendly, attentive, and accommodating. the food was excellent, and the service was top, notch. the food pricing was very reasonable. the restaurant offerings were very consistent in providing the best service to the guests. the room service and in, room breakfast were exceptional, my son enjoyed it thoroughly. the hotel's location had its charm and will surely attract you every time you visit for lunch or dinner. the South Indian, North Indian, and Continental dishes at the restaurant were outstanding. the spa & wellness center was a great retreat, and the outdoor swimming pool was a delightful way to unwind. the garden area was serene, and the staff were all courteous and professional, ensuring everything needed was supplied. Compared to other big names we stayed at during our travels, this hotel was a standout in terms of service and quality.

It would be nice if the staff could smile a little more and appeared less bothered. Attention to details like a toilet that keeps running or the ambiance with plastic plants could be improved.

The hotel is conveniently located near various shopping malls, allowing easy access to all your shopping needs. Whether you're dining at Saffron restaurant or enjoying the nice greenery around the hotel, the location offers a pleasant atmosphere. The rooms are well done and the staff is courteous. Additionally, the hotel is kept clean, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Lovely Stay and Fantastic Food

The hotel is beautiful and has an amazing ambiance. the buffet breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. the service provided by the staff was exceptional and friendly. the hotel's location is perfect as it's easily accessible to major tourist attractions. the rooftop swimming pool was a great cherry on top, with a stunning view of the city.

The check-in process could have been smoother and quicker. There was a bit of a delay in getting our room keys, which caused us to wait longer in the reception area.
