The staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to help me when I had a wardrobe malfunction. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel had a unique and interesting layout with plenty of seating options. a very good overnight stay.

I recently stayed at The Swan Hotel for a weekend getaway. The hotel itself is stunning, and the interior is just as impressive as the exterior. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities. The staff, from the receptionists to the breakfast servers, were incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful. Speaking of breakfast, the food was absolutely delicious, and the chefs did an excellent job. the atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and the service provided was top-notch. I also appreciated the attention to detail, such as the excellent toiletries provided in the room.

As foreign tourists, we absolutely loved the excellent service from the friendly and welcoming staff. The room we were given, right next to the lift, was perfect for my wife, who uses walking sticks. The room itself had everything we needed and more, and we couldn't find any faults with it. The car parking facilities were also excellent. we had a lovely two-night stay and will definitely be returning.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel here in Stafford Town center. The location is perfect, right in the middle of town with a stunning view of the church across the pedestrianized front road. We loved exploring the area and the series of interesting Georgian buildings. The hotel also offers free car parking at the rear, and they provide a token for easy access in and out. The rooms were spacious and very clean with all the necessary amenities such as ironing facilities, a sitting area, and a flat-screen TV. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We also enjoyed the delicious food and drinks offered in the restaurant and bar. this place exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend it to families as well.

I had a great lunchtime experience at The Swan Hotel. The bar staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. I appreciate that they were able to make my sandwich without butter as requested. The venue is also pushchair friendly, which was convenient for meeting up with friends. Although the price was a bit high, I enjoyed my meal and would definitely visit more often if there were lunchtime deals. Thanks to all the staff for their great service!
