The restaurant had attentive staff and a warm welcome, with a prime spot inside that offered a view of the river bank. The Fish and Chips were highly recommended. The breakfast experience was lovely, with a friendly attendant who greeted us with a big smile. The 'Full English Breakfast' was generous and a great way to start the day. The staff overall were very helpful.

We had an amazing time at this venue. The location on the Thames was breathtaking, and it was so peaceful. The service was top-notch; a welcome drink was a delightful touch. The room was fantastic, with all the amenities we could ask for, like tea and coffee facilities and electric kettles. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were both superb, and breakfast was excellent with special diet menus available. The staff, like a duty manager, were incredibly helpful and accommodating with any request we had.

We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a brief or longer stay, with leisure garden areas or facilities, off-site car parks, luggage storage, and so much more.

The view from the room was stunning, overlooking the river. the balcony with the two chairs provided a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. the restaurant and pub downstairs were fantastic, serving delicious food and offering a cozy atmosphere. the location was convenient, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions and enjoy the city.

The room had a persistent smell emanating from the bathroom piping, which made it quite unpleasant. Despite informing the staff, the issue was not resolved, and we had to sleep with the window open, resulting in a chilly room.

Got complimentary Easter eggs and hot cross buns, which was a nice touch. the location was great, with lovely views and easy access to the riverside. We also enjoyed having a big TV in our room to watch movies.
