I had a delightful stay at the Swan Inn Letton with my 9-year-old son. From the excellent continental breakfast to the tastefully furnished rooms, everything was top-notch. Stephanie's warm welcome added a personal touch. the sun terrace and garden area provided a relaxing atmosphere, and exploring nearby landmarks like Brobury House Gardens and Kinnersley Castle created memorable family bonding moments. A truly enjoyable experience.

The warm welcome we received was lovely after a long journey – Stephanie and Gary were so friendly and accommodating. Our room was newly refurbished and luxurious, with a super comfy bed and a fabulous shower. We also enjoyed the delicious home-cooked food and the option for a full English breakfast, which was totally worth it. the location was perfect for romantic walks in the rolling hills and exploring the area - just what we needed for our romantic escape.

The room and bathroom were quite cold, even after notifying the owners. It was a bit frustrating to have to use a heater to warm up and even have our coats on in the room.

Our stay at The Swan Inn was incredible value for money. The room was immaculate and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. The location was stunning, offering picturesque views and only a short drive from Hay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable and enjoyable.

The menu for breakfast could be improved by offering freshly squeezed orange juice from the chiller cabinet instead of boxed.

the lack of a handrail in the shower and cold temperature in some rooms could be improved for a more pleasant experience.

The location of the hotel is conveniently close to Hereford. Guests mentioned that the rooms were outstanding and clean, with recent renovations. The bathrooms were spacious, equipped with showers and separate baths. The staff was described as friendly and welcoming. The breakfast offered a buffet with a Herefordshire twist, including cheeses and conserves. Some additional facilities included a fridge for guest use and the pleasant scent of essential oils in the hallway.

Car parking was provided, but some guests mentioned that it was located in an overflow area, quite a distance from the reception.

Always return for weekends here. Staff found my forgotten hairbrush once. Perfect spot for me, with Free Wi-Fi, parking, and more. Everything I need, from welcome drinks to cozy lounge. VIP service and no smoking make it ideal.
