Our stay at The Swan Inn was incredible value for money. The room was immaculate and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. The location was stunning, offering picturesque views and only a short drive from Hay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable and enjoyable.

The menu for breakfast could be improved by offering freshly squeezed orange juice from the chiller cabinet instead of boxed.

The location of the hotel is conveniently close to Hereford. Guests mentioned that the rooms were outstanding and clean, with recent renovations. The bathrooms were spacious, equipped with showers and separate baths. The staff was described as friendly and welcoming. The breakfast offered a buffet with a Herefordshire twist, including cheeses and conserves. Some additional facilities included a fridge for guest use and the pleasant scent of essential oils in the hallway.

Car parking was provided, but some guests mentioned that it was located in an overflow area, quite a distance from the reception.

The host was welcoming and the staff were friendly and efficient. Although the noise from passing traffic was noticeable, it didn't detract significantly from the overall experience. I would highly recommend Swan Inn for its comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, and welcoming atmosphere.

As a tourist, I absolutely loved the comfortable bed and the spacious rain shower in the newly renovated rooms. The decor was beautiful and the entire pub had a welcoming atmosphere. I also enjoyed the continental breakfast, which featured delicious local produce. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location in the stunning Herefordshire countryside was an added bonus.

We highly recommend this stay for a memorable and relaxing getaway.
