Great location for exploring the surrounding area, with stunning views of the Snowdonia mountains. the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. the room was nicely refurbished and the bed was comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by the food and drink options available, with a wide selection to choose from. the hot tub on the private terrace was a luxurious touch, perfect for stargazing even in the rain.

There were a few areas that could use improvement. the lack of investment in staff training was evident, as some essential items like toilet paper and menus were missing in our room.

The Tal-Y-Cafn hotel in North Wales exceeded all our expectations. the modern design of the rooms and restaurant was lovely, and the staff were incredibly dog-friendly and welcoming. It was a massive plus that dogs were allowed in the restaurant. the food was brilliant, and there was great attention to detail in every aspect, such as providing fresh milk in the room for tea/coffee. the Snowdon studio was exceptionally equipped and cleaned, with breathtaking views of the valley. the breakfast was served with a smile and offered a wide selection of delicious food. the inn experience in one place. Couldn't ask for more. 5 stars ⭐️

The highlight for me was definitely the big bathroom with the deepest bathtub, which was a dream after a long day of activities. The hotel also went above and beyond to accommodate my partner's dietary needs, offering a variety of gluten-free options for breakfast and dinner. I was truly impressed with the attention to detail and the high-quality service provided at this hotel.
