We had a fantastic stay here! The location could not be bettered as it was right in the centre of Much Wenlock. It was lovely and quiet, perfect for what we wanted to do. The service was top-notch, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room amenities were great, with heating, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. We also loved the garden furniture outside, perfect for enjoying a drink in the evening. The free toiletries were a nice touch, and the electric kettle made it easy to enjoy a cup of tea. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to everyone.

Spent a wonderful New Year's at this cozy inn. The staff was friendly and helpful with local recommendations. We loved the comfortable lounge with the open fireplace, perfect for relaxing in the evening. The food was excellent and the menu had a good variety. We especially appreciated the complimentary potatoes and the £11.95 Talbot Deal menu.

Our room was on the second floor with steep stairs, not very accessible for people with mobility issues. The bathroom only had a bath with telephone taps, and we struggled with the water temperature.

Shower could use improvement.

We recently stayed at a charming inn in Much Wenlock and had a wonderful time. The atmosphere at the inn was fantastic, with friendly locals and a great sense of camaraderie. The steak dinner we had was absolutely delicious, and the portion size was generous. We also enjoyed watching the World Cup game in the pub with some knowledgeable young locals. The beer garden was a lovely spot to relax in the hot weather. we had a great experience at this friendly pub and would highly recommend it for a memorable stay.

Stayed here for Easter weekend. The breakfast was amazing, with hot and delicious food. Loved the historic atmosphere and charming rooms. The location was perfect, within walking distance to shops, cafes, and beautiful walks. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay enjoyable. a great value for money experience.

The shower in our room wasn't fixed to the wall, which made it a bit uncomfortable to use. The check-in process was a bit inconvenient as we had to call a number during specific hours.
