I recently had a great stay at a hotel in a lovely coastal town. The location was perfect, right in the centre of the bustling high street but also just a short walk away from the picturesque harbour area. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, with attention to detail evident throughout. The staff were fantastic, providing friendly and attentive service. The basic amenities in the rooms were satisfactory, and I appreciated the provision of proper toiletries. The breakfast served was delicious, providing a satisfying start to the day.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic!

During my stay at this hotel over Christmas, there were a couple of standout aspects that I really enjoyed. the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. the location of the hotel was ideal, situated in a charming small town with plenty of local attractions to explore. Finally, one of the advantages I really appreciated was the delicious breakfast that was included in the room price, a lovely way to start the day.

There were a few aspects of my experience that left something to be desired. The rooms were quite small, which made it a bit cramped, especially for a longer stay.

The hotel is very conveniently located, right in the centre of Arbroath on the main street. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with plenty of hot water in the bathrooms. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The restaurant offers delicious meals at reasonable prices, with a good choice for breakfast.

Some noise from outside, particularly on weekends in the city centre.

I had a delightful stay at the Townhouse Hotel. The food, particularly the Arbroath smokies, was absolutely delicious. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The location was convenient for exploring the town and harbor. The comfortable bed provided a great night's sleep. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great service from Susan, helped with early check-in and at breakfast. Room 1 was lovely, stayed twice. Good food and friendly staff, especially with kids. Clean and comfortable, especially the dining-room/bar.

The staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and well-equipped. The breakfast was delicious and value for money. The hotel had a lively atmosphere. Earplugs were provided for a comfortable stay.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic. It is conveniently situated within easy walking distance from the train station and right on High St. This means there are plenty of shops and food options nearby, making it very convenient. Additionally, the staff at the hotel are incredibly friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are well-maintained and come with all the basic amenities, including proper toiletries.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was great, with just one minor aspect that could be improved upon. The breakfast, although included in the price, could have been better.

Uncomfortable and lumpy mattress.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the centre of town. The location was superb, very close to the Webster Theatre and just a few hundred feet from the beautiful harbour area. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing everything we needed. The food at the hotel was great, with a good variety of options for different dietary preferences. The staff were amazing, friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location couldn't be better, right in the center of everything. It's just a short walk to the railway station, the harbor, and all the shops in this city. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of well-prepared and presented food. I couldn't fault my experience here.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The room was spacious with a comfy bed, very clean and airy. Warm welcome from the front of house staff. Good prices for food and drink with lots of variety. The hotel has a lift, ideal for guests on the top floor. The bathroom was very clean with a powerful shower. The full cooked breakfast was delicious and set us up for the day.

Felt really like home, no reason to complain.

I had a great stay at a charming hotel in a lovely small town! The restaurant downstairs served delicious food and I was pleasantly surprised to find that breakfast was included. The rooms were clean and although a bit small, my teenage son had his own separate room which he loved. The fans provided were a lifesaver in the heat. I highly recommend this hotel.

Spacious room, friendly and helpful staff, convenient location near the shoreline and High Street, good restaurant, comfortable room with shower and bath.
