The value for money at The Victory At Mersea was excellent, and the room was cozy and clean with a lovely view from the balcony. The location was perfect, right on the seafront, and the staff treated us like royalty.

The location was perfect, with West Mersea Oysters and the famous Company Shed nearby. We fell in love with the charm of Mersea and are already planning our return.

The hotel had a good breakfast selection with plenty of options to choose from. the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, they had a good understanding of the local area and offered some great recommendations for things to see and do. the room was clean and comfortable with good tea and coffee facilities. the hotel's location was ideal for getting around town. It was close to local shops, restaurants, and other amenities.

The cleaning services weren't as good as we were hoping for. We noticed that after a few days, there was no sign of a cleaning team coming in to tidy up or replace our towels.

We had a fantastic 1-night stay in a beautifully decorated room with a shared balcony overlooking the boats. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast and a great meal at the hotel. the staff were very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. the location was stunning with good parking facilities.

The service at the bar was slow due to the busy World Cup day, but that was to be expected. Our room wasn't serviced overnight, so we didn't have clean cups or other amenities.
