I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was lovely with a pretty view of the gardens. The hotel facilities were great, and the lounge area was comfortable and clean. The staff, especially David, were friendly, accommodating, and super efficient. The hotel is conveniently located close to the highway and the main road network, making transportation easy. The breakfast was good, and the staff in the restaurant were professional and really friendly. The cleanliness of the hotel was also top-notch.

We had a good time at this hotel during Christmas week. the room was big and had nice facilities for making tea and coffee. the staff were friendly and served a great English breakfast in the morning. the hotel was located close to beautiful estates that offered breathtaking walks.

There was no safe in the room, and the lighting outside was really poor making it almost dangerous to walk at night. the car park area was muddy and needed some attention.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect for exploring the nearby Lakes, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with modern bathrooms that were a delight. We were also impressed with the wide range of amenities, including room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. The hotel even provided pet amenities, making it a truly pet-friendly place to stay. We also appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival, a lovely touch that made us feel instantly welcomed.

The upgraded room was superb, beautiful, spacious, tranquil with amazing views. Tasty dinner, huge seafood platter, fresh and tasty. Staff very pleasant and friendly. Easy parking and great location for exploring the Lake District. Very dog friendly.

Villa Levens was a hidden gem, conveniently located just off the motorway but still offering a peaceful ambiance. the staff warmly welcomed me, even when I arrived late, and they made sure I had a delicious meal. the breakfast was cooked to perfection and served in just the right quantity. the room exceeded my expectations, with a spacious bathroom and thoughtful amenities. the hotel's location, surrounded by greenery and just a short drive away from Kendal town centre and Windermere, made it an ideal retreat for exploring the Lake District.

I was pleasantly surprised by the lovely location of Villa. It was conveniently located near the main road network, making it easy to explore the area. The building itself was beautiful and well-maintained, with all the facilities I needed for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, and the food served was both delicious and tasty. The bathroom in my room was well done out and spotlessly clean.

I must mention that the bed in my room was terribly uncomfortable, with springs poking out all over. It made it impossible for me to get a good night's sleep.

villa leven's was a fantastic city getaway. the beautiful building, comfy room, and friendly staff exceeded my expectations. i loved the delicious dinner and fabulous breakfast. can't wait to return.

the staff were incredibly friendly and the food was exceptional - even the standard brasserie menu was of high quality and professionally presented. the villa itself is located in beautiful grounds, with easy access to a scenic walk through the Levens Hall Dear Park. We also loved that it is dog-friendly, even though we didn't bring our own. we can't recommend the Villa enough.

Our stay at Villa was excellent value for money. The room was beautifully furnished, comfortable, and offered a lovely view of the countryside. The location was convenient for exploring both the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and made us feel right at home.

The breakfast is delicious, and there are quality food options available from the bar. The hotel also welcomes pets, making the stay enjoyable for furry friends as well.

The breakfast options are delicious and the dining room is bright and welcoming.

The shower head in the room I stayed in was clogged with limescale, making it difficult to have a proper shower.

The lack of leisure facilities such as a gym, hot tub, or pool was a drawback for us.
