We had a fantastic stay at this wonderful gem! the superb host, Monica, ensured we had everything we needed and even took the time to point out the best routes for our future travels. the breakfast was outstanding and the service was exceptional. the views from the property were breathtaking and we truly felt like family during our stay. the owners, Norma and Barry Twoomey, were incredibly hospitable, providing great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. This was by far the best place we have stayed on our travels through this beautiful island.

For us, it was the ideal stay! 😊

We had originally planned to travel on Thursday but luckily found a room at Whispering Pines and decided to arrive a day earlier. It turned out to be a great decision as our trip became much more enjoyable and relaxing. The accommodation was lovely, with comfortable rooms and a friendly atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious and really set us up for the day. I would highly recommend this place for a wonderful stay.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the stunning views of the boat-filled river right from our rooms. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, with a scenic 3km walk along the lake and plenty of bars and restaurants in the nearby village. The breakfast provided was fantastic, and we found the rooms to be comfortable with comfy beds and nice walk-in showers. The owner and staff were warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home, even offering recommendations for places to visit and dropping us off at a lovely restaurant.

the family who runs it and the staff were incredibly lovely, warm hearted, and helpful. They made me feel right at home. the whole place was impeccably clean and my room was spacious with a beautiful, newly renovated bathroom. the breakfast they served was absolutely delicious and there was a wide variety of freshly cooked and cold options. I can't recommend Whispering Pines enough for a wonderful stay in Ireland.

We loved our stay in Crosshaven at the charming family-run B&B. The location was ideal, with stunning water views and easy access to nearby towns and attractions. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The breakfast was delicious and made to order. The hosts, Monica and Norma, were friendly and welcoming. it felt like a home away from home.

We had an amazing stay! The service was fantastic and the location was perfect with scenic views. The hotel was very clean with modern bathrooms. The breakfast was delicious and really set us up for the day. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. We loved the fact that there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance.
