We had a fantastic stay at The Walnuts Country House! The owner, Steven, was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The cottage had so much charm, with beautiful antique furniture and really comfortable beds. It was surprising how spacious and comfortable the place was. The location was great too - close to important roads but still very peaceful and quiet.

Strongly recommend this hotel.

We had a lovely stay at the Walnuts Country House Guest House. the cozy ambiance of the cottage, complete with a roaring fire, made our arrival truly memorable. the attention to detail and extra touches added to the specialness of our stay. the four-poster bed provided a comfortable night's sleep, and Steve's friendly and helpful nature made our exploration of the local area even more enjoyable. We particularly enjoyed our days out at Newmarket and Cambridge, which were just a short drive away. it was a great break, and we would definitely recommend the Walnuts. We had a great Xmas break at this hotel. The hot tub was a highlight, we loved relaxing in it and it was a nice touch that it was private. The cabin we stayed in was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The owners were friendly and welcoming.

There were a few things that could have been better. The bathroom in one of the cottages we were shown had unfinished repairs and the hot tub accessed through the hosts' garden.

The Walnuts Country House was perfect for us. The cottage had everything we needed and more, including a lovely goody tray on arrival. The hot tub was luxurious, especially for star gazing at night. It was a peaceful retreat from the city.

We felt truly spoilt during our stay, as nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

Lovely break away from it all. Cosy cottage with a full kitchen, perfect for cooking in the evenings. the hot tub was a real treat in the evenings. Shops are a short drive and the local pub is within walking distance.

No warning to bring flip flops for the hot tub. Kitchen size was small and not ideal for cooking.
