The location of this hotel is fantastic, with its proximity to the botanical gardens and being within walking distance of the city center. The rooms are beautifully decorated and well-maintained, giving a cozy and homely feel. The self-service breakfast offers a variety of options, including cereals, toast, fruits, and eggs.

The sliding bathroom door in some rooms tends to stick, creating noise and making it difficult to open and close smoothly.

We had a fantastic stay at Warren Belfast Bed & Breakfast. the room was spacious and elegant, with comfortable beds. the location was perfect, within walking distance to restaurants and the train station. the clear communication before our arrival, including the sending of our main door and room code, was very helpful since we didn't always have wifi. We also loved the fact that there was a lovely pizza place right next to the B&B. it was a great experience and we highly recommend staying here.

The location was awesome, close to the university and surrounded by a diverse and lively neighborhood. The staff were friendly and helpful, giving us great tips for exploring the area.

had a great stay at this cosy b&b. loved the decor and little touches like tea and chocolates. the room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was perfect. the "contactless" check-in was smooth and convenient. would definitely stay here again!

We also appreciated the prompt and polite response when we called for assistance with the baggage room. the bathroom was clean and the shower was excellent, providing us with hot water even during peak times. the location of the hotel was fantastic, with just a short walk to the city hall and the Trade Market. It was incredibly convenient and made exploring the city a breeze.

The pictures on the website did not accurately represent the room, and the promised king-size bed turned out to be two mattresses pushed together. Not exactly ideal for a romantic break.

the decor throughout the property was absolutely beautiful, and the attention to detail in the rooms was exceptional. My teenagers loved the spacious attic room, and the self-service breakfast had a great selection to cater to various dietary needs. the kitchen was well-managed and impeccably clean. Another highlight was the convenient parking, which we had pre-arranged. the central location made it easy to explore the city, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
