I recently stayed at The Watermill Hotel, Sure Hotel Collection By Best Western for a few nights while visiting Harry Potter World. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated right beside the River and grand union canal. I enjoyed taking walks along the canal, which was just a short distance from the hotel. The hotel itself had a lovely decking area and grounds at the rear, as well as a sunny conservatory at the front. The rooms were tastefully furnished and very comfortable. I also appreciated the good amount of space in the room. The staff were incredibly helpful and well-trained, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Free on-site parking and good WiFi were additional bonuses. There were also several dining options available, including food at the hotel, as well as two pubs conveniently located opposite the hotel and another 10-minute walk away by the canal. The evening meal exceeded my expectations, with a great selection of food and wines at a fraction of the price of the main town.

The two nearby pubs were a bonus, and the meal I had at the White Horse was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for its size, cleanliness, and helpful staff.

I have always chosen to stay at The Watermill over other hotels in the area, including Travelodge, Premier, Holiday Inn Express. The staff at The Watermill, a Sure Hotel Collection By Best Western, have always been welcoming and friendly. Some of the rooms have been recently refurbished to an excellent standard, with incredibly comfortable beds. The overall experience at the hotel is top-notch.

Convenient separate blocks, enthusiastic staff, basic but adequate facilities, and a corporate atmosphere. Rainy walkways to reception and breakfast room. Bed size is not standard. Sachets of salad cream and malt vinegar available. Bar staff lacks wine knowledge.

We had a great stay at Best Western in Hemel Hempstead. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a good variety of hot and cold food options. They even accommodated my husband's dietary needs without any hassle. The hotel's location was convenient, especially for a family celebration. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. We loved sitting on the deck, enjoying a drink while watching the local geese and ducks on the water. Plus, there were plenty of parking spaces available.

the spacious rooms and good bathrooms exceeded our expectations during this short visit. the staff were helpful and the location was perfect for our needs. a fabulous wedding was held during our stay, and we enjoyed watching the local wildlife from the deck.
