The hotel's service was outstanding, and the staff were always friendly and accommodating. the food was consistently fresh and tasty, and the rooms were clean and modern. We also appreciated the convenient location and the fact that the hotel provided more than expected for the price we paid.

While the hotel offered a loyalty program, we didn't feel like repeat customers were given any special treatment. while the service and amenities were good, there were some areas for improvement in terms of customer care and convenience.

This hotel is a luxurious paradise in the heart of the city. the spa and wellness centre was exceptional, providing a variety of treatments such as full body massages and beauty treatments. the outdoor swimming pool was a highlight, accompanied by a garden area for relaxation. the restaurant served delicious halal food, and the bar area was a perfect spot for a nightcap.

My room was located far from the main building, which was inconvenient for accessing facilities. this minor issue was quickly resolved by the friendly and attentive staff.
