Staying at this hotel opposite the sea in Lee on Solent was an unforgettable experience. the staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. the room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a view that was simply breathtaking. the convenient parking right outside the room made our arrival and departure hassle-free. We loved being just a stone's throw away from the beach, perfect for leisurely walks along the promenade and enjoying stunning sunsets over the Solent.

If there was one thing that could be improved, it would be having a visitors' book where guests could leave their thoughts and messages for the hosts. This small addition would have been a nice touch to complete our wonderful experience at this hotel.

I had an exceptional stay at the Waters Edge. the room was comfortable and had all the little extras that made my stay enjoyable, like fresh coffee, luxury toiletries, and super soft towels. the view of the solent from the room was stunning, and having a private entrance and parking space was convenient. the hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my experience even better. Waters Edge is definitely a best kept secret with its terrific location and everything you could want in accommodation.

The traffic passing by resulted in exhaust fumes, which caused some discomfort. Breakfast options were not available in a dedicated breakfast room, which led to the decision to buy my own.

With comfortable beds and all necessary amenities, including a microwave and small fridge, guests have everything they need for a relaxing stay. The hosts are friendly and make sure the rooms are spotlessly clean, providing sanitizing spray and blue roll. The beach is just a short walk away, making it an ideal choice for beach lovers.

It didn't detract from the overall experience. The only other downside was some traffic noise from the nearby road, but the soundproofing was better than expected and didn't disturb our sleep.

We had an amazing stay at a stunning location with exceptional hosts. The little extra touches, like fresh milk and lovely toiletries, made us feel very welcome. The room was beautiful and had a comfortable bed with a breathtaking view, especially at sunset. Perfect for our needs, with great cafes and an amazing waterfront view. It had everything we could wish for and more. The owners even allowed us early access after a long international flight. Peaceful and quiet, we had a fantastic stay.

The owners have paid great attention to detail, ensuring a comfortable stay in this B&B. The fridge stocked with milk and ground coffee was a nice touch, and the off-road parking right outside the door made unloading our baggage easy. The location, just steps away from the Solent, was excellent. We enjoyed the conversations with the friendly hosts and the delicious breakfast hampers. everything about our accommodation exceeded our expectations, making it a perfect stay.
