The rooms were very clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating. They provided little extra touches like body lotion and a choice of tea/coffee. The location was great, with pubs and places to eat nearby.

There was no access to drinking water at night, which was a downside. the room we stayed in was quite small and could have been more spacious.

The location was quiet and convenient, close to all the attractions. The owners, Ian and Tracey, were welcoming and attentive, making my stay even better.

The hotel breakfast menu could be improved by offering more flexibility in ordering and serving it earlier.

Parking was a major issue.

We had a fantastic stay at Westbourne Guest House. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff. The room was lovely, with lots of extra amenities. The breakfast selection was great and the staff treated us like friends throughout our short stay. It was excellent value for money and we wouldn't hesitate to go back.

The breakfast was good, and there was a decent choice of food. The hotel's location was great, really close to the main attractions and shops in the area. Also, the room was clean and had a great view of the city at night.

The hotel was a serious disappointment. My room was supposed to be decorated for a Christmas feeling, but there were Xmas decorations only in the lobby. The staff was not very friendly, and the atmosphere was quite awkward. Additionally, the room was a little small for the price I paid, and the bed was uncomfortable.
