We had a fantastic stay at The Wheatsheaf in Crick. The staff were friendly and courteous, and Andy the manager was incredibly helpful. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a large en-suite bathroom. The restaurant had a great selection of dishes and the food was delicious. The village of Crick was beautiful, especially with the magnolias in full bloom.

Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a large en-suite bathroom that had everything I needed. Lastly, the breakfast provided at the hotel was outstanding. The variety of options offered and the quality of the food were truly remarkable.

Some of the mugs in the room were heavily stained, which may be off-putting for some guests.

Convenient overnight stay

Despite the initial drawbacks of a warm and heavily scented room, our stay at Wheatsheaf Bed & Breakfast turned out to be quite pleasant. We quickly remedied the situation by opening windows and unplugging the air freshener. The location close to the motorway was incredibly convenient for our overnight stop, and the room was surprisingly quiet, with a comfortable bed. The cooked breakfast was delicious, which made up for the lack of fruit options and only instant coffee available.

The rooms were also well-maintained and clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our late supper possible. We also enjoyed the delicious food and well-kept beer.

The weekday breakfast could have been available a little later, which would have suited leisure guests better.
