I had an amazing stay at this bed & breakfast! The value for money was unbeatable, with a cozy and comfortable room that was spotlessly clean and elegantly furnished. The location was perfect, being close to Bristol airport and also within easy reach of popular tourist sites. The staff, Rachel and Robert, were incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The homemade bread, afternoon tea, and fresh homemade cookies added a personal touch that made my stay even more special. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, cooked fresh to order and plentiful. The toiletries by Molton Brown and the fluffy towels added an extra touch of luxury. Plus, the proximity to a charming old pub and a local bus service made exploring the area a breeze. I can't recommend this place enough!

The morning meal could have been improved by having more convenient stores in the area that were open later in the day. However, this is no fault of the establishment and just a small tip to consider stocking up before arrival.

Although minor, the lack of a wardrobe in our room meant we had to make do with hooks on the wall for hanging clothes. Also, the outside staircase to our room could be challenging for anyone with heavy luggage.

One advantage we enjoyed was the option to relax in the pleasant garden after a day of exploring.

the room was a bit small and lacked a wardrobe, which made it difficult to hang our clothes. the access to the room was through an outside staircase, which proved challenging when carrying heavy suitcases.

the stay at westbury cross house was absolutely perfect. from the warm greeting with tea and cakes to the beautiful room with a terrace, everything exceeded our expectations. even though we couldn't have breakfast due to an early morning, the menu looked amazing and the property itself was stunning. highly recommend!
