We spent our Easter holiday at this hotel and we enjoyed the spacious and clean rooms, with a delightful coffee machine, fresh milk and water in the fridge, and free robes and slippers provided. the staff was excellent and the location was convenient. the breakfast was very good with interesting options, and the shower was great!

There were a few issues that we didn't like. We would have preferred a kettle for drinks rather than a coffee machine, and the lack of maintenance in the bathroom was problematic.

This hotel blew us away with their exclusive amenities and warm welcoming staff. We loved the exquisite leisure/TV room and the comfortable and spacious private facilities in our room. the restaurant had amazing food and the bar/lounge area was a great place to relax. the location was convenient and had great advantages.

Despite staff coming to fix the issue, we still had to take a cold shower which was not ideal.
