We stayed at The Wheatsheaf Inn in Atherstone and were pleasantly surprised by the accommodation. The room may have been small, but it was beautifully decorated, with a comfy bed and a lovely, clean bathroom. The owner was friendly and helpful, ensuring we had a great experience. The location was also convenient, with shops nearby.

Additionally, the location was perfect for attending a wedding at Mythe Barn, with a convenient taxi service recommended by the helpful staff. Despite the initial concerns about the dark entrance, our stay more than made up for it.

I had a lovely stay at the Wheatsheaf Inn. The room was exactly as described, with a very comfortable bed and ample plug sockets for charging my devices. The tea and coffee selection was great, and the location on the high street was very convenient. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had an excellent stay at this accommodation above the pub. The facilities in the apartment room were fantastic and provided great value for money. The biggest highlight for me were the fluffy towels, which were the fluffiest I've experienced in any hotel. The heating/air conditioning system worked well, quickly warming up the room in the cold February weather. The kitchenette was well-equipped, and I appreciated having TVs in both the bed and sofa areas. The shower was a good size with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The bed was also fantastic, albeit quite firm. the room was nicely decorated, clean, and the owner was very friendly and helpful. The location in town was also convenient for local shops.
