We had a fantastic stay at this amazing hotel! The staff were so nice and the managers surprised us with delicate presents. The food was amazing with a wonderful selection at breakfast and dinner, including themed nights. The outdoor facilities were incredible, with two huge pools and private quiet spaces by the sea to relax in peace.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff were amazing, providing us with attentive and professional service right from the start. We were welcomed with champagne and nibbles in the foyer, and a lovely staff member explained everything to us. The rooms on the 1st floor had a gorgeous view and were equipped with huge and super comfy beds. Each morning, we were delighted to find new lollies and chocolate on our beds. The breakfast buffet was amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel also had beautiful pools, including a separate adults-only pool with plenty of free sunbeds. We also enjoyed the on-site diving school and cool gym. The poolside restaurant served themed lunches everyday, and we had the pleasure of trying amazing paella and grilled seafood. The hotel's location in Illetas was convenient, with a bus stop right outside for easy transportation to Palma.

The breakfast and dinner buffets were amazing, especially for pescatarians like myself. The location right by the sea provided stunning views, and there were plenty of activities to enjoy on-site. The hotel was always clean and well-maintained, and the bus stop right outside made it easy to explore Palma. I would definitely come back.
