The location of the hotel was convenient, being close to a golf course and within a reasonable distance from the university. The room and bathroom were clean and well-furnished, with a comfortable bed and a big TV. The staff provided a warm and friendly service, making us feel welcome. I had a fantastic stay at a newly refurbished room at a location called the Wheatsheaf. the room had a comfortable king-sized bed and a beautiful bathroom with a jacuzzi and mood lighting. the rainfall shower and light-up mirror with a digital clock added to the relaxation. the soaps and shampoos provided were a nice bonus. the hotel itself had a stylish design and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. the included breakfast was superb, and I couldn't fault the property in any way.

One issue we had was with the pipework in the en-suite bathroom, which made a lot of noise whenever we used the taps or shower. we weren't informed about the option to upgrade our room to a larger one with better facilities, which would have been worth the extra cost.

The value for money at Wheatsheaf Inn was incredible - we were pleasantly surprised by the affordable price and the beautiful room we got in the stables. We stayed at this hotel for one night and we wish it was longer! The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and pillows. The food at the pub was fresh and delicious, both for lunch and breakfast. The staff were very helpful and polite, assisting us with recommendations for places to visit. The hotel also has a lovely garden area and a children's play area, which was a pleasant surprise. we had a wonderful experience here.
