The location of the hotel was convenient, being close to a golf course and within a reasonable distance from the university. The room and bathroom were clean and well-furnished, with a comfortable bed and a big TV. The staff provided a warm and friendly service, making us feel welcome. The cooked breakfast was delicious, and the pub downstairs offered great food and local ales.

I had a fantastic stay at a newly refurbished room at a location called the Wheatsheaf. the room had a comfortable king-sized bed and a beautiful bathroom with a jacuzzi and mood lighting. the rainfall shower and light-up mirror with a digital clock added to the relaxation. the soaps and shampoos provided were a nice bonus. the hotel itself had a stylish design and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. the included breakfast was superb, and I couldn't fault the property in any way.

We had a wonderful time during our stay! the staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the recently refurbished bar and restaurant area was beautiful and had a great ambiance. the food was delicious, especially the crispy beef noodles and the duck spring rolls. the room we stayed in was cozy and clean, with lovely decor. the breakfast in the morning was also fantastic, with a wide variety of options to choose from. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

One issue we had was with the pipework in the en-suite bathroom, which made a lot of noise whenever we used the taps or shower. we weren't informed about the option to upgrade our room to a larger one with better facilities, which would have been worth the extra cost.

We were thrilled with our stay at The Wheatsheaf Inn! The refurbished rooms were warm and comfortable, and the staff were excellent. The fish and chip evening meal was lovely, and the breakfast had a wonderful variety of choices. Great value for money, we will definitely be returning!

The room had a great view of the surrounding area and was quite spacious. the staff at reception were friendly and accommodating during check-in and check-out. the location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions such as a local park and museum.

Our romantic getaway was ruined by a few key disappointments. the room was quite hot and stuffy with no option for adequate ventilation.
