I recently stayed at a hotel in Kingston upon Thames and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to help us navigate the area, offering us a map and assistance. The location was perfect, with the hotel being situated in a great area, just a short walk away from the town center and riverside restaurants. Our room was clean and comfortable, with comfortable beds and nice furnishings. The hotel also had air conditioning, which was a lifesaver during the hot weather. We also enjoyed sitting in the garden, which was a lovely bonus. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kingston upon Thames.

The service at the hotel's outdoor seating area was quite slow, despite there being only a few other customers present. This led us to walk to another pub instead.

The noise from neighboring rooms and the car park can be a bit bothersome at times.

The rooms are well-appointed, with comfortable beds, a Nespresso coffee maker, and other facilities like an iron and board. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests.

There is a minor issue with the TV signal in some rooms, which can be a nuisance for guests who want to relax and watch TV after a long day of exploring.

The quality of the rooms was excellent, and they were stylish and comfortable. the hotel provided a great breakfast with a variety of fresh fruit. the location was superb, just a short walk from the train station.

This hotel is located in a prime area, right on a busy roundabout. However, despite the noise outside, the rooms are very quiet and peaceful. The bathroom facilities in the rooms are fantastic, with well-fitted bathrooms and powerful showers. The air conditioning works a treat so you don't feel hot and sticky. Breakfast was included and was served fresh and hot.

The location was amazing, with easy access to both riversides and a short walk to Kingston Bridge. Perfect for people who enjoy karaoke and casinos. our romantic stay in kingston upon thames was made even better by the white hart. the staff were incredibly friendly, the room was lovely and clean, and the location was perfect for our plans. the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.

We had a fantastic stay at the White Hart. The location was perfect for both local walks and exploring London. The room was well-appointed with all necessary amenities, including a Nespresso machine and chocolates. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and they even allowed us to check in early. The breakfast was delicious, and they handled any issues with grace. The bar area was cozy and inviting. our experience was excellent.

There were a few minor drawbacks, such as some noise from nearby ambulance and police sirens passing by the pub's beer garden. Additionally, we experienced a delay in checking in, without any apology or alternative solution provided.

Had an amazing Xmas stay! the hotel was beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and festive atmosphere. Our room was spacious with very comfortable beds and a lovely shower. the hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of town and just a quick walk to the train station for an easy day trip to London.

The breakfast selection was a bit disappointing. There were no seasonal fruits available and the buffet was quite basic.
