The location of the hotel is ideal, situated in the charming village center with two excellent pubs nearby for meals. The room and bathroom were both clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that we had a pleasant stay. The breakfast options were delicious and the portions were generous. We also appreciated the pet-friendly policy, allowing us to enjoy meals in the bar area with our dog.

Stayed 2 nights. Delicious, filling food. Big room with hill view. Friendly, helpful staff. Great location for exploring.

the white rose in askrigg pleasantly surprised us with their excellent food, friendly staff, and beautiful gardens. a convenient location made exploring the dales a breeze. highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Parking was a bit of a challenge.

The location of this hotel is superb, right in the centre of the village. Theakston's pub is definitely worth a try, serving delicious meals and drinks. I loved sitting in the conservatory surrounded by beautiful plants. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, perfect for a good night's sleep. The friendly staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast was well presented and tasty.

There was a small issue with the pressure of the shower when other guests were using it.

Great location near beautiful sights in the Dales. Lovely old world ambiance with comfortable, large rooms and friendly staff. the restaurant offered the best meals and real ale selection that we’ve had in ages.

The decor was a bit dated for our taste, and we were a little chilly in our room. the sheets and blankets on the bed were unusual, but we still had a decent night’s sleep.
