My stay at The Whittington And Cat was absolutely delightful. The moment I stepped into the hotel, I was immediately impressed by the charming decor and inviting atmosphere. The attention to detail in the Emerald room was impeccable, creating a truly luxurious experience. The location couldn't have been better, allowing me to explore the Old Town, walk along the Marina, and easily visit the city center.

Largest bath towel, lovely biscuits, great facial soap. Small but well-decorated room with fan. Neat en-suite with good shower. Useful bedside shelf. Fantastic surrounding Marina area. Nearby amenities like cinema, ice arena, and gym. Convenient location to Bonus Arena.

Had to wait to check in and felt like lower priority than bar guests. Promised a free room upgrade that was sold to someone else.

The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They were friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces. The location was great, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Plus, the pub downstairs was a real treat! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting.

There were a few downsides to my stay. The lack of an elevator was a bit of a hassle, especially since I had to climb four flights of stairs each time.

The value for money at Whittington And Cat was fantastic, with a superb master room that had nice decor and a very comfortable bed. The hotel's location was great, close to the marina and within walking distance of lovely restaurants and bars. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I appreciated the little extra touches like toiletries, tea/coffee, biscuits, and water provided in the room. The cleanliness of the hotel, including the bedding and toilet, was also a big bonus. a great place to stay with everything we needed.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The room we were upgraded to was incredibly spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The location was ideal, as we could easily walk to the city center in just 5-10 minutes. The staff here were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were incredibly accommodating, even when we had trouble finding the venue. We loved the unexpected contrast between the pub's exterior and the beautiful rooms inside. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in Kingston upon Hull and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were absolutely amazing, very clean and well-equipped. I stayed in the apartment, which was huge and provided all the comfort and luxury I needed. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and professional, with one staff member named Dave going above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The bar had a great selection of drinks at reasonable prices, and although I didn't get a chance to try the food, it looked delicious with generous portions. The parking facility located just behind the hotel was convenient, and having a Greggs nearby for breakfast was a bonus. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay truly memorable.

This venue is highly recommended for families as well.

The hotel was in a good location, close to the marina and the city center. The room was clean and had plenty of tea and coffee making facilities. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

The hotel was quite noisy, with music coming from somewhere in the building until late at night. The roadworks outside were also quite loud and started early in the morning.

Lovely welcome by the bar staff, Gill couldn’t be nicer. Room was warm and cozy on a cold day. On-site parking was very convenient. The meal in the attached pub was excellent.

One guest mentioned being made to wait at check-in, which made them late for an appointment. Unfortunately, we experienced the same delay and felt like hotel guests were not a priority compared to bar guests.

This accommodation is in a great location on the outskirts of Hull, close to the city center and marina. After a gig, it's perfect for having a few beers in the pub. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, with complimentary coffee, tea, and biscuits. The bathroom is lovely, with a nice big bath. The staff provide excellent service, with a warm welcome and good knowledge of the local area.

The TV had some issues and only had one channel with sound problems.

During my recent stay at a lovely pub with great beer, food, and staff, I was truly impressed. The staff were friendly, funny, and incredibly helpful, ensuring I felt welcome from the moment I arrived. The beer selection was exceptional, with a smooth and ice-cold draft Bierre Moretti that hit the spot. And let me tell you about the food! The Chinese Chicken Curry I had was out of this world, easily the best I've had. The pub may not have much outside space, but its proximity to all the exciting developments in the area more than makes up for it. Without a doubt, I'll be returning for another stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its delightful atmosphere, excellent service, and mouthwatering food.
