We absolutely loved our stay at The Willow! Margaret and her staff made us feel right at home with their warm and friendly welcome. The cottage was impeccably clean and had all the amenities we needed to cook our own meals. It was conveniently located on a quiet street in the heart of Pateley Bridge. If you're looking for a home away from home, this is the perfect place for adults like us.

This hotel is in the middle of a charming village and is ideal for exploring all the amenities nearby. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with separate bedrooms and a comfortable lounge. The attention to detail is evident, with a fridge and comfy chairs provided. The breakfast was a real treat, with a delicious full English and plenty of toast. The location, service, and basic amenities were all excellent.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was spotless, and the attention to detail was perfect. We loved the little extra touches like the chocolates and biscuits in our room, as well as the tea and fresh milk. The breakfast was superb, with plenty of delicious options. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was situated in the center of the city, just off the High Street, and close to the river. It was also directly across from a lovely restaurant.

The lunch at the bed and breakfast was absolutely fantastic. the service was super friendly and accommodating, and the food was prepared to order and arrived fresh and tasty. We were pleasantly surprised by how good the value was for a light lunch. the young lady serving us was polite and took our order as soon as we had chosen. We would definitely come back for lunch here again.

The bed and breakfast looked a bit dated at first, but the staff were friendly and quickly moved us to a bigger and more comfortable table. the front room felt a bit cramped, but the back room had much more space and was more enjoyable to dine in.
