The room was clean and well equipped. Facilities were great, with plenty of breakfast choices. The location was perfect for my needs, just off a village road and close to some traffic lights.

I stayed at the Willow House for 2 nights and had a very pleasant stay. It was a great place to stay, and I highly recommend it! The 16th-century building is so pretty and quaint, with lots of original features. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a fridge and microwave. The staff were accommodating and friendly, and the food was excellent, with huge portions at reasonable prices. The patio area was a bonus for relaxing in the evenings.

We had an exceptional dining experience at Willow House. The burger was truly world-class and the chocolate fondant was flawlessly prepared. The quality of the food exceeded all expectations.

Great staff and excellent service. Free WiFi made it easy to work. Food was fantastic, with a delicious breakfast and affordable bar meals.

The bed was a bit too firm for my preference, but that's a personal preference and not a reflection of the hotel's quality.

We had a brilliant stay at a charming Norfolk hotel. From the moment we arrived, the level of service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to provide helpful advice and recommendations throughout our stay. The room was spacious and well-furnished, and the daily restocked tea and coffee were a nice touch. The breakfast, especially the poached haddock, was delicious. Despite a slight noise issue, which was promptly resolved, our overall experience was fantastic. We can't wait to return. highly recommended.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a lovely market town and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the central location. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The basic amenities in the rooms, including breakfast making facilities and comfortable beds, made my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities and modern bathrooms. The provided breakfast was delicious and cooked to perfection.

The hotel was very nice and reasonably priced. It was perfect for where I needed to be and the location was great for us near to my brothers. The rooms were clean, tidy, spacious, and comfy. The staff provided a great level of warmth, service, and friendly service. The breakfast was the best part of the stay, freshly cooked with decent quality of food. The hotel had basic amenities such as a fridge, microwave, and toaster, allowing us to make our own continental breakfast.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Stayed in a great location with ample parking and a short walk to a wedding venue. the rooms were spacious, modern, clean, and well-equipped, which made getting ready for the event much easier. Enjoyed the excellent service provided by friendly and helpful staff who even offered us tea and coffee after we checked out.

There were heating issues for one of our friends due to a jammed radiator valve. the bathrooms were small and in dire need of refurbishment, especially the shower which was difficult to operate.

The value for money at this hotel was outstanding. The prices were very nice and reasonably priced, especially considering the size and cleanliness of the rooms. Everything I needed was provided, and the attention to detail was excellent. The staff were outstanding, always helpful and friendly. The basic amenities were adequate and the location was great for us, as it was near to my brother's house. a very pleasant stay.

That the shower needed some attention.
