We had a lovely dinner at the restaurant, although the toilets nearby were not very clean. The location of the restaurant was great, right next to a canal and very close to the city center. The room was clean and tidy, with tea, coffee, and biscuits available. The staff in the restaurant were helpful and accommodating, allowing us to change tables when we were seated near a TV playing football. Breakfast had a good choice of options and the staff were friendly and helpful.

As a disabled guest, I appreciated the easy accessibility and helpful staff. The free Wi-Fi and air conditioning were a nice touch as well. The 2 for 1 main courses and delicious breakfast were excellent value for money.

There was nothing I didn't like.

the room was clean, bed comfy, and the accessories were useful. we were happy with our meal at the woodcock and the chef cooked my steak perfectly. the staff were friendly and quick to provide more milk when we asked. overall, a fantastic stay!

Tv didn't work on the first day.

We had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel. The location by the superb inland Marina was absolutely stunning. We loved being right by the canal with a direct footpath leading to the city center. We couldn't fault the service at all. The room was well-appointed and had all the necessary amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a comfortable sitting area. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bonus. We also enjoyed the beautiful garden area and the outdoor dining area where we could relax and unwind. The hotel offered a delicious dining experience in the restaurant and a cozy bar/lounge area. our experience was fantastic, and we would highly recommend this place to others.

Our romantic escape was perfect thanks to the complementary wine and chocolates in the room, and the delicious breakfast served every morning. the location of the hotel was also great, as it allowed us to enjoy peaceful walks in nature while still being close enough to the city to explore it.
