The room and bathroom were amazing, with beautiful decoration and spotless cleanliness. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to everything we wanted to visit. the breakfast hamper with goodies and stocked fridge was a delightful surprise.

We had a couple of issues during our stay. the key provided didn't work and we were stuck outside the hotel, unable to access our room.

Er was parkeergelegenheid beschikbaar, zowel in de parkeergarage onder het hotel als gratis parkeren op straat in het weekend.

We stayed at the Woolpack Inn for a belated Valentine's Day getaway. The location was ideal and the staff were absolutely lovely. The Dedham room we had was gorgeous, with large wooden beams and period features that made it more interesting than your typical modern hotel room. The room was beautifully equipped and comfortable, with a fridge, coffee machine, and a do-it-yourself continental breakfast provided. The breakfast basket was a nice touch and we really enjoyed it. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean and modern, although the ceilings were a bit low, my partner is 6'4" and had to watch his head. a wonderful experience and we would definitely visit again in the future!

We had a fantastic stay here! The room was stunning, with a spacious and sparkling clean bedroom and bathroom. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast hamper was a perfect start to the day. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful, from our early check-in to assisting with taxis. The modern amenities and attention to detail made our stay truly luxurious.

The location of the hotel was ideal, being close to the beach and offering a charming atmosphere reminiscent of Coggeshall. The rooms, particularly the Dedham suite, were beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and well-furnished. The staff provided excellent service, with no question being too much to answer. the continental breakfast provided in the room was plentiful and the hamper was a lovely touch.

The thin walls and flooring might result in some noise disturbances from other rooms and common areas, which can be a downside for light sleepers.

As a budget traveler, I really appreciated the value for money at this inn. The rooms and facilities were great, and the staff were really friendly. The continental breakfast hamper in the morning was a nice touch.

The location of the hotel was ideal, situated in a charming village with a beautiful view of the church. The room itself was spacious, clean, and warmly decorated with lovely original features. The bathroom was spotless and well-stocked with toiletries. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The hamper in the room was a thoughtful touch, although I would have preferred a hot breakfast.

The noise from the disco in the bar below our room on Saturday night was unbearable, shaking the floor and making it difficult to sleep.
