The location of the hotel was perfect for our New Year getaway. It was conveniently situated near the start of The Ridgeway, making it easy for us to embark on our hiking adventure. The room was clean and bright, providing a comfortable space for us to relax after a day of walking.- The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

The noise from the nearby road. The windows were not soundproof, which meant we were woken up early in the morning by the passing traffic.

I recently stayed at The Inn With The Well for one night during my cycling trip along the King Alfred Way. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing us with cleaning and servicing equipment for our bikes and a secure garage. Within 15 minutes of arrival, we were checked in and enjoying a refreshing pint. The room was clean and comfortable, and the pub grub in the restaurant was tasty and plentiful. I also appreciated the jar of complimentary gluten-free cookies in the room and the option to have breakfast prepared for me the night before. great value for money and a delightful stay.

We stayed at The Inn With The Well for one night at the start of our two-day walk over The Ridgeway. The inn is ideally situated just nine miles from the starting point. The room was spotlessly clean and bright, and the inn's close proximity to the main road didn't disrupt our night's sleep. The chef at the inn is absolutely exceptional, serving stunning food for both dinner and the full English breakfast. The hosts, Megan and Mike, were friendly and helpful, and the inn had excellent facilities for cyclists, including a bike wash and safe storage.

We stayed for just one night, but the location of the hotel was perfect for us. It's right by the pub and close to the motorway, which suited our visit. We were walking the Ridgeway, so this was a great walkers' pub. The room we stayed in was clean and a decent size, with a nice bathroom. The hosts were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast in the morning was superb, with a variety of options available.

The location of the inn made it convenient for accessing The Ridgeway, which was only a short 15-minute walk away.
