The Wootons Inn is perfectly located for exploring the historic ruins of King Arthur's castle. Situated right in the center of town and at the top of a hill, it offers easy access to the start of the walk to the castle. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with spotlessly clean bathrooms. The staff provide excellent service and have great local knowledge. The breakfast options are varied and delicious, setting you up for a day of exploration.

The noise from the pub below could be disruptive at times.

The location of this B&B was perfect, right at the top of the hill, in the heart of the town. It was a great base for exploring Tintagel as it was right on the start of the walk to 'Tintagel castle'. being right next to the pub was convenient for grabbing a drink after a long day. The room was a good size and had recently been refurbished, with a lovely view from the window. The staff were helpful and friendly, making our stay enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring that we felt welcomed and taken care of. The location was perfect, right next to Tintagel Castle and within walking distance to King Arthur's ruins. The room was clean and comfortable, with ample tea and coffee supplies. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of choices and generous portions.

Outstanding meal in a new pub

We were pleasantly surprised by the transformation of the old pub into a beautiful, bright, and airy establishment. The beer, wine, and food were excellent, with fresh and delicious flavors. The wine and real ale selection was impressive, and the prices were reasonable. The portions were also generous. we were extremely impressed with our dining experience.

We absolutely loved our romantic escape to this quaint little inn. the staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. the food was delicious and we especially enjoyed the fresh sandwiches served for lunch. the portions were generous and filled us up completely. We also appreciated the dog-friendly policy, allowing us to bring our furry friend along. the view of the sea from the outdoor seating area was simply stunning, adding to the overall charm of the place.

There were a few aspects that could use improvement. the breakfast ordering system was a bit confusing as our orders were not always correct.

Some areas could benefit from renovation and TLC. Uncomfortable mattress and difficulty with stairs for those with mobility issues.

The sandwiches on the lunch menu were the best we've had in Cornwall. We were impressed by the wide choice of breads and fillings, as well as the generous portions. the staff were friendly and the location was lovely. We also enjoyed the good coffee and the tempting desserts, although we didn't have room to try them.

One minor drawback was the limited breakfast time of only an hour. It would have been nice to have a bit more flexibility to sleep in and still enjoy breakfast.
