During my Christmas stay, I had a great experience at this hotel. Two things that stood out to me were the cleanliness of the rooms and the comfortable beds. the rooms were spotless and well-maintained, which made me feel at ease during my stay. Additionally, the beds were incredibly comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. the location of the hotel was also a key positive aspect. It was conveniently located, just a short 10-minute walk from Piccadilly Circus. This made it easy for me to explore the city and visit popular attractions. Lastly, I also enjoyed the presence of a bar in the hotel. Although I didn't use it, it looked clean and inviting.

Compact and cosy family room with bunk beds, each with its own TV. Windows open for fresh air and great location near theater and Covent Garden. Definitely recommend.

The location was perfect, with lots to see just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms may have been compact, but the design was brilliant. Every detail had been thought of, from the kitchenette to the hairdryer conveniently located on the bedside table. The free wine and cheese in the evening was a delightful surprise. I highly recommend this hotel for a unique and enjoyable stay.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the tiny but well-designed rooms with all the necessary amenities. The upstairs bunk with its own TV and Sky TV kids channels was a hit with our children. The air conditioning, electric blinds, and adjustable light settings were fantastic. The location was perfect for exploring St Paul's Cathedral and Covent Garden. The friendly staff and great café downstairs for breakfast added to the overall positive experience. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

The location was perfect, within walking distance of most tourist attractions and close to subway in the centre. There was a Zest cafe nearby, which was a great convenience. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a nice big flat screen TV and air conditioning. The price was surprisingly affordable compared to other hotels in the area.

Great value for the price and in a prime location in the city. the rooms were small, but very clean and tastefully decorated. the shower was great and the tea/coffee facilities were ample.

The room was extremely small with no space for luggage or even to move around comfortably. Everything had to be placed on a tiny table that could barely fit anything.

It's close to St Paul's Cathedral and offers easy access to the city center. The rooms are cozy but comfortable and well designed, with huge TVs, air conditioning, and private bathrooms with shower facilities. The staff is helpful and accommodating, extending checkout times and offering guests wine upon arrival.

The nightlife outside of the hotel is noisy, which can make it difficult to sleep.

The Z Hotel City was excellent value for money and centrally located for exploring popular London landmarks such as St Paul's Cathedral and the historic Knights Templar Church. The staff were kind and willing to assist, and the walk to the South Bank for a Shakespearean play at The Globe was pleasant.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. the cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, with the rooms being spotless and the towels changed daily. the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city, with many attractions within walking distance and excellent transport links. I also loved that tea and coffee were provided in the room and replenished upon request.

The size of the rooms was quite small, which was a bit of a downside, especially if you have more than one person in the room. the lack of privacy in the bathroom was a bit uncomfortable, with see-through glass and doors that didn't fully close.

We appreciated the complimentary cheese and wine tasting every evening as well as the secure storage of a lost document. the location is convenient with easy access to public transportation and nearby restaurants and bars. Our room had a nice view and all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

The only aspect we could mention is that the size of the room could be considered small for some travelers. However, the layout was optimized so that we didn't feel cramped.
