During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the fresh and clean surroundings of the property. the courteous and well-trained staff made us feel like we were their top priority. We also loved the beautiful views and serene vibe of the hotel. the location was central to all the best food, shopping, botanical gardens, and mountains.

Although we paid extra for a king Mountain View room, the view did not meet our expectations. the view was more like a parking garage with only a small glimpse of the mountains.
