Took the pod to T5. super convenient and fun!

Convenient driverless pod access to Terminal 5.

Unfortunately, my stay fell short of expectations. The corridors were exceptionally long, and there was no lift to ease the burden of carrying my luggage. Additionally, the bar was out of order, which was disappointing since I couldn't pick up a snack or drink after a long travel day. I felt quite frustrated with the overall layout and amenities during my visit.

No lift makes carrying luggage a hassle!!! Telephone reception was unresponsive, leading to frustration!!! No milk in rooms during both stays, which is disappointing!!! Towels are worn out and need an upgrade!!!

The staff at Thistle were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I loved how the cozy atmosphere was paired with delicious food options, making dining a joyful experience. Being close to Terminal 5 gave me such peace of mind for my travels!

the hotel is an absolute maze, I felt lost the entire time! also, I had to deal with cold water for hours. I almost thought about giving a good review until I realized my 'room upgrade' wasn't even a consideration. how could they let a guest suffer like me without pampering?

The convenience of the nearby bus stop made reaching Terminal 5 effortless, just a two-minute walk away. Overall, a solid choice for an overnight stay, but some updates would enhance the experience.

Had a fun stay with friends before our flight! The pod transfer to Terminal 5 was super convenient and quick. We enjoyed good food at the restaurant, and the staff were helpful throughout our stay. Plus, it was a great spot to catch up before heading to the airport.

The hotel is super close to Terminal 5 and has an amazing view of the planes taking off from the restaurant. I loved using the driverless Pods to the airport—it made my travel really easy!

Convenient and comfy stay

Really enjoyed my stay! The staff were super nice and helpful, which made a long travel day much easier. The Pod to T5 is just outside, so getting to the terminal was a breeze. The bar area is chill but the room could use an update. Breakfast was solid, though, so overall, a pleasant stay.
