I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I walked into the reception/bar area, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They even showed me to my room and provided me with a fan on the hottest day. The room itself exceeded my expectations, with spotless cleanliness and thoughtful touches like a jar of jelly babies. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the small dining area. The kitchen area was well-equipped with a large kettle, fridge, hob, and microwave, along with pots, pans. The bathroom was fresh and stylish, complete with a twin shower. this place had everything I needed for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the city.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. the staff were mostly friendly and helpful, and we appreciated being able to store our luggage after check-out.

Our room was quite noisy and lacked proper soundproofing. some staff members seemed a bit off and not as attentive as we would have liked.

The bed was very comfy and the shower was very good. the hotel had a good location, being close to attractions and amenities. We also enjoyed the cocktails at the cute little bar area.

The noise from other guests, both in the hallway and in their rooms, was extremely disruptive to our sleep. the lack of soundproofing made it impossible to rest peacefully.

I had a wonderful stay at Three Cranes Boutique. The room was beautifully decorated and spacious, with unexpected extras in the kitchen and bathroom. The bar area was inviting and clean, and the complimentary glass of wine was a lovely touch. The staff, especially the girl at reception and the bar, were extremely helpful and efficient throughout my entire stay. I even received a discount on parking at the nearby NCP. I highly recommend this hotel.

There were a couple of minor drawbacks during my stay. The room I stayed in had a shower floor that filled with water and leaked a little, making the floor quite wet.
