Exceptional breakfast with a variety of options. the chef graciously accommodated my dietary needs with delicious meals. Staff, from waiters to baristas, were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. the cozy room provided a perfect retreat after a day of exploring.

The Three Horseshoes at Leamside is perfect for a group of friends visiting the North East. It's just a short drive from the North East Karting Circuit, making it convenient for racing enthusiasts. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with amenities like tea and coffee facilities and USB ports. The bar retains its original atmosphere, while the stylish restaurant offers a varied menu. The staff are accommodating and even brought breakfast forward for us so we could make it to the circuit on time. a great choice for karting or exploring the nearby attractions.

The rooms at Three Horseshoes Leamside were beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable. I loved the soft towels and the little touches like the tea/coffee making facilities and delicious biscuits. The staff, especially Maddie, were friendly and provided excellent service. The food in the restaurant was out of this world, with good portion sizes and incredible flavors. The location was perfect for our needs, being close to the North East Karting Circuit. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at a fantastic property with amazing amenities, from the comfortable bedrooms to the enjoyable bar and restaurant. The staff were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to assist us. The food choices were excellent and expertly prepared. We especially loved the value offered by the steak night menu, which included three generous courses and a bottle of wine for just £45. It was truly a delightful experience.
